Recipe

Pesto (Chutney) Ingredients: 
1. 1 red bell pepper - roasted and cut into pieces (without seeds) 
2. 5-6 Cloves of Garlic 
3. Cashew nuts - Roasted 
4. Bonn Garlic Breadcrumbs (Pieces of Bonn garlic bread) 
5. Basil Oil - 4-5 Tbsp 
6. Add salt and Black Pepper as per taste  
7. Sriracha Sauce or Chili paste - 2 Tbsp 

Pesto (Chutney) Process: 
1. Clean and chopped roasted red bell pepper(pesto) add cashew nuts, garlic, Bonn garlic bread for thickness and basil oil blend it in a blending jar (Mixy). 
2. Add salt, black pepper as per taste and sriracha sauce / Chili paste in the blended chutney (It gives you a nice texture of chutney).

Vegetable Saute Ingredients: 
1. Olive Oil/ Sesame Oil - 1 Tbsp 
2. Green & Yellow Zucchini -2 Cups 
3. Garlic - 1 piece 
4. Fine Chopped Onion – 1 
5. Cherry tomato - 5-6 Pieces 
6. Black Olives - 3-4 Pieces 
7. Salt & Black pepper as per taste 

Vegetable Saute Process: 
1. Take pan and heat. Now put some olive oil on the pan, add green & yellow zucchini, fine chopped onion, garlic, cherry tomato, black olives, salt and pepper (as per taste) For 10 mins. So that sauteed vegetable get soft. 
2. Spread Butter on Bonn Garlic Bread (Pre Heat Oven at 150 degrees alongside) 
3. While Bonn garlic bread getting toasted in the oven for 5 mins, we take out sauteed vegetables in a bowl. Put some basil oil on the sauteed vegetable for glassing.

Garnishing:
Take out toasted Bonn garlic bread from Owen, Spread Pesto (chutney) on the garlic toast, Now put sauteed vegetable on the toast, garnish with crumbled, Avocado, Jalapenos, Gherkins(pickles), Iceberg lettuce, ricotta crumbled cheese. 

Your Bonn garlic bread – Panzanella with roasted pesto and avocado ready for serve.

TOPPING INGREDIENTS 
1. BROWN BREAD 3 SLICS 
2. CREAM OF SWEET CORN 1 CUP
3. CORN STARCH 1 TBS
4. SALT AS PER TASTE
5. WHITE PEPPER ½ TSP
6. GINGER 1 INCH CHOPPED 
7. GARLIC 1 TBS CHOPPED 
8. CORINANDER 2 TBS CHOPPED 
9. GREEN CHILLY 1 CHOPPED 
10. CARROT 1 SMALL CHOPPED
11. BEANS 8-10 CHOPPED 
12. SESAME TOASTED 
EQUIPMENTS
1. KNIFES 1
2. FRY PAN 2
3. CHOPPING BOARD 1
4. SPETULA 2
5. MIXING BOWL 2

PROCESS
1. IN PAN ADD OIL AND SWEAT GARLIC AND ADD CREAM OF SWEET CORN COOK FOR 4-5 
MINUTES AND CORN STARCH ADD SALT AND CHOPPED VEGIES AND SESAME SEEDS MIX 
WELL AND LET IT COOL. 
2. SPREAD THE MIXTURE ON BREAD EVENLY TOPPED IT WITH RAW SESAME SEEDS 
3. ADD OLIVE OIL OR ANY SEED OIL IN PAN AND TOAST THE BREAD FROM BOTH SIDES.
4. SERVE IT HOT.

3. DEGI RED CHILLY POWDER ½ TSP
