INGREDIENTS :

Rose Water 
Lemon
Food Color (Lemon-yellow) 
Elaichi Powder 
Sugar 
Pistachio
Kesar Powder
Custard Powder 
Cream 
Milk 


PROCESS :

- In a pan, add 500ml Milk, add a few Kesar strands. In another pan, add 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water. Keep stirring with a spatula in both pans and heat both the pans. Cut the sides of Bonn Sandwich Bread and then cut small pieces of the bread. Sim the gas of Pan containing milk when it boils.    
- To make the custard, add custard powder in a bowl and then add boiling milk in the bowl. Now stir well to make the paste. In the pan containing boiling milk, pour this paste and then stir on a low gas to avoid lumps. On the other hand, keep stirring the other pan containing Sugar Syrup as well and when the sugar melts properly, sim the gas.
- Add 1/2 cup sugar when the custard powder fries properly and then heat the pan on sim. Switch off the gas of the pan containing Sugar syrup and Squeeze half-a-lemon, add 2 tbsp Rose Water and then add 1 tbsp elaichi powder. Stir with a different spatula.    
- Fry the small pieces of bread in a third pan containing oil until it turns brown. Chill the Custard for 2-3 hours. Beat 1 bowl of chilled whipped cream with a hand blender until it turns puffy. Add the chilled custard to the whipped cream and beat again. Now, add lemon yellow food color(half tbsp) and blend. Put the whipped cream custard mix in a piping bag and knot it on one end.
- Pipe the cream down and again heat the Sugar Syrup a little and put the bread crumbs in the Sugar Syrup.  
- Finally, put the Bread crumbs in the laid Cream. Garnish 1 tbsp Pistachio, a few rose petals(optional)
- Enjoy !!

INGREDIENTS :

Rose Water

INGREDIENTS:
Green Chilli
Ginger Garlic Paste
Oregano
Chilli Flakes
Pizza Sauce
Beans (Finely Chopped)
Carrot (Finely Chopped)
Onion (Finely Chopped)
Butter
Grated Cheese
Pasta
Milk
Powdered Spices (Turmeric, Red Chilli, Coriander Powder)
Salt & Pepper
Bonn Primetime Pizza Base (2 pcs)

PASTA PROCESS:
- Put Butter in Pan, add 1/4 cup oil, and heat the pan. After few minutes, add 2-3 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 2-3 tbsp Green Chilli in the pan, and fry. Now add 2-3 tbsp onions, 3-4 tbsp carrots, 2-3 tbsp beans, salt & pepper as per taste, and let it fry for 2-3 minutes. (Do not completely cook). Now add powdered spices (1 tbsp Turmeric, 1 tbsp Red Chilli, 1 tbsp Coriander Powder) and fry.
- After you smell the aroma of frying spices, add 1/4 cup water and mix well.
- Now add 1 bowl of pasta, 1 slice of butter, and mix together. Now add 500ml milk, 250ml water, and now stir well until it boils. After it boils, sim the gas and put a lid over it.
- Add 4 tbsp grated cheese, and turn off the gas and let it mix and melt itself.


BONN PRIMETIME PIZZA BASE TOASTING PROCESS:
- Toast 1 Pizza Base from both sides and 1 pizza base from 1 side in a pan on low heat.

PIZZA PASTA SANDWICH PROCESS:
- Spread the pasta on 1 Bonn Primetime Pizza Base and sprinkle over 2-3 tbsp grated cheese again.
- Now put the 2nd pizza and press a bit. Spread Pizza Sauce over the 2nd pizza base and again put 3-4 tbsp grated cheese
- Bake 190-200 degrees celsius for 8-10 minutes. Now sprinkle Oregano and Chilli flakes as per taste and cut into 4 pieces.

Crispy Soya Chaap Process :
- Marinate Sliced Soya Chaap with peri peri powder, olive oil.
- Make a batter of Cornstarch, water, chilli powder and salt. Preheat the oven at 150 degrees.
- Cut Bonn Footlong Bread in half (length wise), spread some butter and toast for a 5-7 minutes only.
- Mix Soya Chaap with Batter and then fry the Soya chaap in oil to make it crispy.
- Spread Harissa Mayo on Footlong Bread, put iceberg lettuce, black olives, some jalapenos, gherkins, cherry tomatoes. grated cheese.
- Finally put Crispy Soya Chaap slices on Bonn Footlong and sprinkle some red chilli powder.
- Enjoy !!!

Bonn Footlong with Crispy Soya Chaap

Crispy Soya Chaap Process :
- Marinate Sliced Soya Chaap with peri peri powder, olive oil.
- Make a batter of Cornstarch, water, chilli powder and salt. Preheat the oven at 150 degrees.
- Cut Bonn Footlong Bread in half (length wise), spread some butter and toast for a 5-7 minutes only.
- Mix Soya Chaap with Batter and then fry the Soya chaap in oil to make it crispy.
- Spread Harissa Mayo on Footlong Bread, put iceberg lettuce, black olives, some jalapenos, gherkins, cherry tomatoes. grated cheese.
- Finally put Crispy Soya Chaap slices on Bonn Footlong and sprinkle some red chilli powder.

Recipe:
Raw Banana Masala Patties 

Raw Banana Masala (Ingredients):
Turmeric
Garam Masala
Jeera Powder
Coriander Powder
Amchoor
Kasuri Methi
Salt
Green Chilli
Ginger Garlic Paste/ Fine chopped Ginger & Garlic
Jeera
Onion
Coriander
Butter
Red Chilli

Raw Banana Masala Process :
- Heat the pan and Put some oil, some chopped Ginger-Garlic, 1 bowl chopped onion, sprinkle salt as per taste, 2 tbsp green chilli, 2 tbsp Jeera, 1 tbsp jeera powder,, 1 tbsp Coriander powder, 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala, 1 tbsp Turmeric powder, add some 1/4th glass water for ease of cooking, 1 tbsp Red chilli.
- Then Add Raw Banana ( boiled for 20-25 mins) and finally add 1 tbsp Amchoor, sprinkle some coriander leaves for freshness.
- Let it cool for some time in empty bowl.

Ginger Sauce Ingredients :
Garlic
Ginger
Sesame Seeds/ Peanut Butter
Black Pepper
Sugar
Apple
Onion
Vinegar
Soya Sauce
Oil

Ginger Sauce Process :
- Put 2 cloves of garlic, 4-5 pieces of ginger, 1 tbsp peanut butter/ sesame seeds, 1 tbsp black pepper, 1-1.5 tbsp sugar, 1/2 apple, 1/4 onion, 1 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1/4th glass oil and then Blend.

Raw Banana Masala Patties Process :
- Cut the Pav and toast it on the pan with butter.
- On the pav, put some lettuce and onions, then spread sauce over the Pav and finally spread Raw Banana Masala over the Bonn Pav and add more sauce onto it again.
- Now Enjoy !!!

Jackfruit Galouti Ingredients :  
- Jackfruit
- Jackfruit Seeds (boiled and chopped)
- Aromatic Spices (Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Star Anise, Green Cardamom, Black Pepper)
- Garam Masala (Broiled)
- Red Chilli Powder 
- Chandan Powder
- Kewra Powder
- Roasted Besan 
- Turmeric Powder 
- Peri Peri Mayo
- Iceberg Lettuce Leaves
- Cream Cheese (Malai)
- Fresh Mint Leaves
- Cashew Nuts & Sliced Onions (Deep Fried)
- Ghee

Process :
- Blend cashew nuts & onions into a paste. On the pan put - 1 tbsp ghee, some aromatic spices, 1 bowl Jackfruit, 2-3 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/2 turmeric powder, salt as per taste. Then Cook the Jackfruit by adding water for 5-10 minutes. Leave the Galouti Paste to cool down for some time. 
- Finally take the Galouti paste out in an empty bowl. Now put 3-4 tbsp jackfruit seeds, 1 tbsp Garam Masala, 1 tbsp chandan powder, 1/2 tbsp roasted besan, salt as per taste, 2 tbsp Kewra water, 1/2 tbsp rose water. Smoke the Galouti paste with ghee & coal for 15-20 seconds using a bowl. Add 2 tbsp paste of cashew nuts & sliced onions, 4-5 mint leaves.
- Shape the Galouti paste in Tikki shape and shallow-fry on the pan. Till the Tikki gets crispy, shallow-fry the Bonn Primetime Burger with Butter. On the Bunn, put 1 tbsp Peri-Peri Mayo, Galouti Patty, 1 tbsp cream cheese, tomato, onions, iceberg lettuce on the side, red chilli powder as per taste and 1 tbsp peri-peri mayo on other bunn. Now put the Bunns together and Enjoy Jackfruit Galouti Bonn Burger.
