Bread and Saboodana Roll

Ingredients:

Fresh Bonn : Bread  8 slices
Saboodana : Soaked 1cup
Green chilies : 5-6
Coriander : 2 tsp
Salt and Garam Masala  as per taste

Cheese Cubes
Grated 4
Oil for frying

Method:

1. Soak the bread with very small quantity of water and mash it.
2. Add salt, chilies, coriander, cheese, half cup soaked saboodana and mix properly.
3. Roll them into desired shapes.
4. Now roll these rolls into remaining saboodana.
5. Deep fry them
6. Serve with sauce

Baked Bread Rolls

Ingredients:

Soft Bonn Bread : 6 slices
Butter softened : 1 tbsp.
Garlic crushed  : 2 flakes
Crushed red chilly : 1/2 tsp.
Salt : To taste
Grated cheese  : 1 tbsp.

Method:

1. Roll the bread flat with the help of a rolling pin.
2. Mix the salt, chilly, garlic in the butter.
3. Apply on all slices generously.
4. Roll one slice tightly from end to end.
5. Brush all over with a bit of butter.
6. Coat the roll with grated cheese by rolling in it.
7. Repeat for all slices. Cover rolls with a moist cloth.
8. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
9. Bake in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes or till golden brown and crisp.
10. Serve hot with ketchup
